We ship worldwide. The shipping within India is free of charge and is completely borne by us. However, International shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially handcrafted for you.

RETURNS
All orders at www.nityabajaj.com are made to order and are specially handcrafted for you.
We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed on our website are at maximum retail price with GST included. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
