For plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge 15% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.
Does the price of the product change for a customized order?
If the order placed is exactly the same as per the website, the price of the order remains unchanged for any product. We do not charge additional for any requests for change of color aswell. However, in case of customization such as additional embellishments, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. Can I request for a change in color of the product?
Yes, we can change the color of the product. We do not levy any additional charges for change of color. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. We follow standard size chart as displayed on the product page. What if I want any changes/cancellation of an existing order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refunded. As per our company policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed.

Shipping within India is Free of Charge and is completely borne by us. However, International shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Our products are handcrafted with love and care especially for you. Due to the detailed and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen.

Following the standard size chart, we generally keep a 2-3 inch margin for all our products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. You can visit us at our flagship store for assistance. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
